Job Description • Lead urban design and planning strategies with a focus on sustainability and innovation • Coordinate design development, peer reviews, and QA/QC of deliverables • Mentor junior staff and integrate new talent into the urban planning team • Provide thought leadership on urban policy, zoning, mobility, and placemaking • Support in client presentations, stakeholder workshops, and bid/proposal preparation • Interpret and apply planning standards, including GCC/Middle Eastern urban regulations • Drive the technical and conceptual development of urban planning projects • Assist Directors in resource planning, project delivery, and stakeholder alignment Visualizing Urban and Architecture Diagrams
