As a key member of the procurement team, you will work closely with vendors to gather data on their sustainability initiatives and monitor compliance with company guidelines. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in NetSuite is highly desirable, while a strong understanding of accounts payable functions is essential.

Your key responsibilities will involve:
• Collecting data from vendors on their sustainability initiatives and reporting on vendor compliance.
• Issuing purchase orders for various plant needs, including warehouse/factory consumables and office supplies.
• Ensuring accurate invoicing and receipt by liaising with Accounts Payable and vendors.
• Coordinating with QA, accounting, and vendors to process returns and credits.
• Working closely with the Inventory Control Team and Receiving to meet the plant's requirements.
