Cuisine Solutions, a leading manufacturer of premium frozen foods, seeks a skilled Procurement Administrator to support our global strategy for procurement operations. This role reports directly to the Director of Procurement.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes sustainability in manufacturing. You will work closely with vendors to gather data on their sustainability initiatives and monitor compliance with company guidelines. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping our procurement operations and promoting environmentally responsible practices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A strong understanding of accounts payable functions and proficiency in NetSuite are also highly desirable.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Gathering data from vendors on their sustainability initiatives and reporting on vendor compliance.
• Issuing purchase orders for warehouse/factory consumables, office/breakroom supplies, and general needs of the plant.
• Liaising with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate invoicing and receipt, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Working with vendors, QA, and accounting for returns and credit.
• Interacting with Inventory Control Team and Receiving to assess the needs of the plant.
