About our client Our client is a leading infrastructure investor who is looking for a Valuations Manager to join its renewable energy focused team. The team manages several listed and unlisted funds targeting investments in renewable energy projects and associated infrastructure in the UK and Europe, with considerable capital to invest. What the job involves Managing our quarterly valuations process Financial modelling, fund and asset valuation Benchmarking elements of the valuations against the peer group to ensure that we are in line with market practice Ensuring consistency of approach to our valuations across vehicles, asset classes and jurisdictions Composing valuations commentary Who we are looking for Relevant experience in infrastructure or as a private equity investor or adviser Experience of typical project finance structures The ability to remain calm and composed whilst working under pressure Excellent project management skills Strong literacy skills Excellent financial modelling skills and an intuitive feel for whether a model is giving you the right answer #J-18808-Ljbffr
