Head asset management for a leading renewable energy companyOpportunity to grow your career with a fast growing renewable energy companyJob DescriptionConduct monthly operational and financial reviews of assigned assets to evaluate their performance against targets, identify significant variances and propose appropriate corrective actions.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to optimize asset performance and value. Identify gaps compared to best practices and develop action plans to capture untapped potential.Facilitate the smooth transition of assets from the construction and commissioning phase to the operational phase. Communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure a detailed understanding of key contracts and agreements of the assets and their related obligations to control the assets effectively and in the best interests of the Company.Analyse contracts and provide suggestions for contract negotiations during development, operational improvement initiatives, merger and acquisition activity or legal matters.Leveraging data analytics and digital tools in optimizing asset performance.Ensure profitability of assets by optimizing revenue streams and controlling operational costs.Coordinate with developers, O&M partners, government agencies and other stake holders.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the organization.Ensures optimal asset performance by implementing quality-driven strategies, maintenance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure that all assets comply with regulatory, statutory frameworks, maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.Implement robust Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies to promote a safe working environment and ensure sustainability across operations.Proactively identify, assess and mitigate operational and financial risks to safeguard asset performance and long-term business stability.
