Two Assistant Grower Positions at Springtail Farm (West Dorset, England)

Organic Growers Alliance is hiring two Assistant Growers for Springtail Farm in West Dorset, England. One position is full-time (4 days/week) for an experienced grower, while the other is part-time (2.5 days/week) for a less experienced individual. Both roles require enthusiasm and a commitment to the growing season.
We’re looking for two enthusiastic, hard working & fun growers to join our small team for the 2022 growing season.

The roles are:
• 4 day/week position for an experienced grower looking to really engage in the season & take on responsibility in the market garden.
• And a 2.5 day/week position for someone to get fully involved, but where significant previous commercial growing experience is less of a prerequisite.
