What You'll Do

Grow Relationships & the Business

Support business development within the Emerging Investor Market through proactive outreach and relationship buildingAssist in creating and executing marketing, retention, and growth strategiesConduct calls with prospective and existing clients to identify needs, opportunities, and service enhancementsSchedule and coordinate client and prospect meetingsRepresent the investment platform with confidence and credibilityDeliver Investment Expertise

Prepare and present client and prospect investment presentations and proposalsFacilitate risk assessments and discuss investment priorities and objectivesEducate clients on asset allocation strategies and available investment modelsParticipate in annual client meetings to evaluate portfolio performance versus financial goalsContribute to monitoring investment performance against benchmarksSupport Portfolio & Account Administration

Assist with client enrollment and onboarding, including account setup, asset transfers, and allocation model registrationMonitor account performance, client communications, and fee trackingSupport asset allocation modeling and preparation of customized client reportsMaintain accurate records and support ongoing account maintenanceCollaborate & Stay Compliant

Serve on Wealth Management committees as assignedStay current on laws and regulations impacting investment accounts, IRAs, and asset allocationEnsure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirementsConsistently demonstrate a service-oriented, client-first approachWhat You'll Bring

Education & Experience

College degree in business, economics, or finance preferred (or equivalent experience)Working knowledge of securities, mutual funds, and model portfolio managementMinimum of 3 years of business development experienceExperience with brokerage and/or investment operationsSkills That Set You Apart

Proven marketing, product development, and growth-oriented mindsetStrong client relationship and interpersonal skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including public speakingHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; financial planning software experience a plusAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands
