Hiring: Landscape Gardeners

Location: Based near Trinity Bellwoods – travel by company vans to our clients throughout Toronto

Flourish Garden Services is hiring landscape gardeners for our 2025 team, full- or part-time. We'd love to hear from you if you are:
• Passionate about plants and gardening
• Physically strong, fit, energetic and resilient
• Eager to learn and contribute
• Friendly, positive and a team player
• Possess a Full G driver’s license (clean abstract), experience & confidence driving in Toronto

What We Offer:

The Work:
• Gardening: weeding, pruning, trimming, topdressing, raking, organic lawn care
• Use and maintain standard small landscape power tools & equipment
• Assist with planting installations, seasonal arrangements
• Follow company and all Health & Safety policies
• Safely drive company vehicles
• Complete daily time & materials tracking, job reporting.

Term: 2025 Season April – end of November

Hours: range between typically 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., M-F (flexible outside of peak season)
