As a Practice Senior Manager within the Sustainability Practice at Bain & Company, you will be contributing to guiding clients in making critical decisions related to sustainability strategy, environmental and social impact of operations, stakeholder engagement, and growth opportunities. Your role will involve supporting and leading initiatives within the Carbon Transition solution and other strategic projects, collaborating closely with Bain's Sustainability Partners and experts globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support commercialization efforts and create key practice content
- Develop intellectual property and devise data-driven strategies and innovation solutions
- Implement cutting-edge techniques and tools to drive client growth
- Drive the process and content generation for key deliverables in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Design, develop, deploy, and deliver solutions aligned with client needs and market trends
- Advise case teams and clients, provide solution support, integrate partnerships and tools, and commercialize intellectual property
- Lead the annual development or refresh of the Solution Full Potential plan, manage solution budgets, and support commercialization and selling efforts

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Arts or equivalent undergraduate degree, MBA considered a plus
- Experience as a top-tier management consultant or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach
- Passion for sustainability and deploying innovative techniques and tools
