Job Overview


Mutu Hijau is seeking a strategic and analytical Sustainability Fund Management Associate to support investment and fund management initiatives focused on sustainability and environmental impact. This role is ideal for a finance professional with expertise in sustainable finance, investment analysis, and portfolio support.


The Sustainability Fund Management Associate will assist in evaluating sustainable investment opportunities, monitoring fund performance, and supporting responsible financial growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities



Support sustainability-focused investment and fund management activities.
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and ESG-related evaluations.
Prepare investment reports, portfolio analyses, and financial forecasts.
Monitor fund performance and identify strategic growth opportunities.
Coordinate with investment teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Support compliance with sustainability and financial reporting standards.
Analyze market trends related to sustainable finance and ESG investing.
Maintain accurate financial and investment documentation.
Assist in developing strategic recommendations for fund growth and performance.

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in fund management, investment analysis, or sustainable finance roles.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability frameworks is an advantage.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
