Develop and implement strategies to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and safety for client facilities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
Train and mentor environmental services staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Develop and manage budgets for the environmental services division.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in environmental sustainability to continuously improve services.
Serve as a leader and role model, promoting a positive work culture and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of environmental services staff.
Communicate with upper management to provide updates on division performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage any issues or complaints related to environmental services and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition.
Continuously evaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
