Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Environmental Services Director to join our Nursing & Rehab Center. The Environmental Services Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations within the facility.



Environmental Services (EVS) Director Responsibilities:

Develop and implement environmental services policies and procedures to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.Supervise and train housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.Conduct regular inspections to assess facility maintenance needs and prioritize repair projects.Collaborate with other departments to support infection control initiatives and ensure a sanitary environment.Implement waste management and recycling programs to promote sustainability.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to environmental services.Environmental Services (EVS) Director Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience in environmental services management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
