Job Description

This EHS Sr Manager position plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our EHS initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving cultural change and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline, and at least 5 years of experience in instructional design. They will be able to cascade EHS global strategy and objectives to the team, define and develop EHS training strategies, and ensure training tools and programs are applicable internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the competency team within Global EHS.
• Implement technology solutions to support the training strategy.
• Develop and manage the EHS yearly communications plan.
• Drive culture change through leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ensure consistent implementation of EHS processes and practices.
