We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Director of Sustainability Strategy & Planning to join our team and drive our sustainability efforts forward. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape our global sustainability strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that make a positive impact. Develop and implement a comprehensive global sustainability strategy in alignment with the company's mission and values.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing sustainability initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze relevant sustainability trends, regulations, and stakeholder expectations to inform strategy development.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for sustainability initiatives.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of sustainability initiatives.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to sustainability, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Communicate progress and results of sustainability efforts to senior leadership, stakeholders, and the public.
Develop and manage budgets and resources for sustainability initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of sustainability throughout the company by promoting awareness, engagement, and accountability at all levels.
