Solar Technician

Fiberhome Phils., Inc. is hiring a Solar Technician in General Trias, Cavite. Candidates should have a high school diploma or technical training in electrical studies, with 1-2 years of solar installation or electrical experience. Responsibilities include installing solar PV systems, wiring, and conducting basic testing. The position is full-time and requires physical fitness and adherence to safety procedures.
Requirements:



High school graduate or completion of a technical/vocational program, preferably in electrical studies


At least 1–2 years of experience in solar panel installation or electrical work


Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment


Physically fit and able to perform tasks, including working at heights



Job Responsibilities:



Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting structures for both residential and commercial projects


Execute wiring, cabling, and system connections in compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards


Assist in site preparation and support the handling and organization of materials


Conduct basic testing of installed systems and provide support during commissioning


Follow all safety procedures and consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
