Big Wave Roofing & Solar is hiring Solar Installers in Freehold Township, NJ, for all experience levels. The company focuses on providing clean energy solutions and is expanding its installation crews across New Jersey. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs, handle tools safely, and work in various environments. This full-time position offers a pay range of $25.00 - $45.00 per hour, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
We are hiring for all positions for Solar installation crews. Big Wave Solar department works to bring clean and affordable energy products to homeowners in the state of New Jersey . Big Wave Solar is going to be opening up offices across New Jersey with an on going need to fill installation crews. Looking for all levels of experience. Requirements



Experience with leading and developing team members
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and other similar roofing and electrical equipment
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitive duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time
