Job Description
The Senior Clinic Director at Caravel Autism Health in Green Bay, WI, oversees a primary clinic and up to three additional sites, providing leadership to ensure quality care and adherence to policies. The Senior Clinic Director oversees a primary clinic and up to three additional sites, providing visionary leadership to promote inclusion, excellence, and collaboration. Responsibilities include supporting clinic leaders, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies, and achieving organizational goals. The role involves regular meetings with clinic directors, staff training, and operational oversight. Additionally, the Senior Clinic Director manages KPIs, budgeting, and financial planning, participates in staff recruitment, and develops evidence-based treatment programs for autism. Ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring clinical outcomes, and maintaining quality assurance are also key duties.
Essential Functions:
• Manages a primary clinic location along with up to three additional designated sites.
• Offer visionary leadership to the main center and other assigned locations, promoting a culture of inclusion, excellence, and collaboration in line with Caravel's mission and values.
• Oversee and support clinic leaders at various sites, ensuring consistent quality of care, adherence to Caravel's policies and procedures, and the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with clinic directors to discuss clinical practices, operational issues, and strategic planning.
• Provide ongoing training and clinical supervision for staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and development.
• Oversee operational execution for assigned locations, managing to KPI and on model standards in accordance with Caravel's metrics.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and retention of clinical staff members, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet client needs and maintain service quality.
• Responsible for the budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal oversight for the region.
• Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs for individuals with autism, ensuring services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, utilizing data-driven approaches to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in clinical care, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure program integrity and fidelity to evidence-based practices.
Supervisory: Oversee and manage the clinical team at the primary location and designated clinics.
Travel Required:Travel is required to company events or meetings.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
Experience:
• 2 years minimum in Clinic Director role
• Proven track record of successful operational and clinical excellence

• Expert in Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SmartSheet / MS Project; Zoom and other communication platforms.
• Ability to abide by ethical guidelines and policies, including strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to interface well with all departments within the company in a highly professional manner.
