Senior Climate Migration Fellow - Policy & Outreach

Project International Refugee Assistance Project is seeking a Senior Climate Migration Fellow for a non-residential position from August to December 2026. The Fellow will lead climate research, enhance visibility, and represent IRAP at climate events, producing written work products. This full-time role offers a retainer of $5,000 per month. Qualifications do not require a specific degree.
IRAP seeks a non-residential Senior Climate Fellow to support climate research, network development, visibility, and credibility from August to December 2026. The Fellow should be a senior, published thought leader in climate migration who will represent IRAP at major climate events and inform donor-facing conversations about IRAP's next phase of climate work.
The Fellow will produce written work products under IRAP’s auspices and be paid a retainer of $5,000 USD per month for six months
