Job Description

The International Refugee Assistance Project is hiring a Climate Migration Fellow for part-time policy research and advocacy from August 2026 to January 2027. This remote role involves shaping mobility options and legal protections for climate-vulnerable populations, engaging in major climate events, and producing written outputs related to IRAP’s climate initiatives.
International Refugee Assistance Project seeks a Senior Climate Fellow to support climate research and advocacy on a part-time, non-residential basis from August 2026 to January 2027. The Fellow will be a thought leader shaping mobility options and legal protections for climate-vulnerable populations globally.

The Fellow will engage at major climate events, provide expert perspectives on IRAP's climate work, and produce written outputs under IRAP’s auspices.
