Accountabilities:
• Leading structural analysis, design, and construction efforts for climate adaptation projects
• Serving as a project manager and technical lead for a diverse range of projects, overseeing design development, evaluation of solutions, and construction implementation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions aligned with industry codes and standards

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline, and 10 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline, and Professional Engineer license in California are preferred qualifications.
