## SAP EHS, Product Compliance, & Sustainability Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Developer with strong experience in ABAP development and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support our sustainability and product compliance client project delivery and solution enhancement initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of traditional SAP development skills and modern cloud integration/UI capabilities, enabling innovative solutions for SAP EHS and Product Compliance within S/4HANA. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, India.

Education, Training & Experience that must be met: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent required. 5 to 10 years’ SAP developer experience – consulting and / or industry – chemicals / pharma and manufacturing preferred. Degree and / or formal training in chemistry, industrial hygiene, global chemical product compliance regulations strong plus and related fields is a strong plus.

Required experience includes hands-on work with SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Product Compliance modules. The role expects an understanding of sustainability reporting, product stewardship, and compliance frameworks (e.g., REACH, Ro. HS, GHS). Experience in integrating sustainability solutions with SAP BTP applications is also required.

On solution development, strong knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData services, and integration with Fiori/UI5 apps is expected. For SAP BTP & Cloud Development, hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry), CAP, Node.js, and Dev. Ops pipelines is required, along with experience in building integrations between SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications. For UI/UX, proficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori, Java. Script, and responsive design principles is specified.

Additional skills and qualifications highlighted for success include strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, global teams. Candidates should be self-motivated, schedule conscious and deliverable driven. Specific SAP EHS Product Compliance architecture skills mentioned are WWI / Gen. PC, Expert, OCC / ADM / Cloud Loader.
