Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Resource Attorney to join their Corporate group in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the Emerging Growth & Venture Capital practice by developing core practice assets, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and client service. The position offers flexibility for remote work.

DutiesDevelop and update the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan.Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and checklists.Communicate relevant legal and market developments.Analyze market trends and experience data.Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices.Improve workflows and matter management processes.Utilize technology for efficiency, including AI tools.Design and deliver training programs.Draft client alerts and practice updates.Collaborate with various internal teams.Promote tools and resources within the Corporate Department.Participate in department meetings to share best practices.RequirementsExperience as a Corporate attorney, ideally with EGVC experience.Understanding of attorney workflows in a corporate practice.Advanced legal drafting and research skills.Project management skills and process improvement experience.Interest in practice support and technology.Familiarity with legal technologies is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.EducationJ.D.CertificationsAdmission to practice in the state of office location.SkillsStrong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.
