Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Resource Attorney to join its Corporate group in Wilmington, DE. This role supports the Emerging Growth & Venture Capital (EGVC) practice by developing and maintaining core practice assets, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and client service. The position is eligible for remote work and can be based in any U.S. office.

DutiesDevelop and update the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan.Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and checklists.Communicate relevant legal and market developments promptly.Analyze market trends and optimize the firm's experience database.Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices.Improve workflows and matter management processes.Utilize technology, including AI tools, for efficiency.Design and deliver training programs for the EGVC practice.Draft client alerts and practice updates.Collaborate with various internal teams to promote resources.Participate in meetings to share best practices.RequirementsExperience as a Corporate attorney, ideally with Emerging Growth or Venture Capital experience.Understanding of attorney workflows in a corporate practice.Advanced legal drafting and research skills.Project management skills and process improvement experience.Interest in practice support and technology.Familiarity with legal technologies is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.EducationJ.D.CertificationsAdmission to practice in the state of office location.SkillsStrong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.
