Recycling Operative

Castle View Group is hiring a Recycling Operative in the UK. Responsibilities include picking materials from a conveyor belt, ensuring quality and recovery rates, maintaining cleanliness, and performing general duties. The role requires teamwork, punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail. Shifts are from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, with a salary of £12.21 per hour. No degree is required.
As a recycling operative, you will be responsible for picking various materials from a moving conveyor belt and for a variety of other duties throughout the facility when instructed by your team leader/supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

·Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor

·Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised.

·Housekeeping of the operator cabins and the facility in general

·Operator maintenance of parts of the plant

·General duties throughout the facility
