Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Rental Agent based in the City of Cape Town. The Rental Agent will assist clients with rental property needs, including sourcing prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, liaising with landlords, and preparing rental agreements. The role involves managing landlord-tenant relationships, handling property listings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and excellent service. You will also provide guidance on market trends and compliance requirements while maintaining a strong understanding of property management operations.


Qualifications

Proficiency in Landlord/Tenant Matters and a strong knowledge of Property Management principles
Experience working as an Estate Agent with a demonstrated understanding of the real estate rental market
Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong Customer Service skills, including providing timely responses and addressing client inquiries effectively
Proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Relevant qualifications in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Knowledge of related property laws and regulations in South Africa
A valid driver’s license and personal transportation are an advantage
