Project Manager – Utility-Scale Solar

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a utility-scale solar farm project in Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale renewable energy infrastructure while working with a dynamic and growing team.


Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all phases of the solar project lifecycle, from pre-construction through commissioning
Manage project schedule, budget, and overall performance to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to drive progress
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality expectations
Track project costs, manage cost codes, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track

Qualifications:



5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in utility-scale solar or renewable energy
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($10M+ preferred)
Strong knowledge of scheduling (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and budgeting processes
Experience with cost tracking, forecasting, and contract management
Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
