Role Description The Production Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Summerville, SC. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, assembling components, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any mechanical or process issues to supervisors. The Production Operator helps maintain product quality by following inspection guidelines, documenting production data, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in training sessions, and adhering to all safety and environmental policies.
Qualifications

Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including experience with machine operation and production lines.Strong focus on quality control, with skills in visual inspection, measuring, and following standardized quality procedures.Effective communication skills to work with supervisors and team members, including clear reporting of issues and sharing updates.Experience in training or willingness to learn and follow structured training programs, while supporting knowledge sharing within the team.High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing or solar industry experience is beneficial.Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with standing, moving, and handling materials for extended periods in a production environment.Commitment to workplace safety, reliability in attendance, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
