Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune City for a Production and Accounts Associate. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the associate will manage customer service, assist with account management, and handle administrative and financial duties, including documentation and reporting. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders will also be an integral part of this role to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Excellent Customer Service and Account Management capabilities to foster client relationships and manage accounts effectively.Analytical Skills to handle documentation, reporting, and production-related problem-solving.Organizational skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.Previous experience in a production or operational role is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.Passion for sustainability and a commitment to eco-social values is highly desirable.
