What the job involves
• Independently lead transactions and to be responsible for structuring and negotiating transaction documents
• Manage the team involved in conducting the due diligence
• Be willing to be exposed to investments in a variety of geographic jurisdictions
• Travel to project site as part of the investment evaluation process

Who we are looking for
• Significant experience in M&A and renewable energy investing
• Good investment track record
• Experience of leading all aspects of the deal process
• Some experience of investing in emerging markets is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Arabic or Turkish would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite
