Epirus is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Intern for a 10-week, in-person internship in Torrance, CA. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have proficiency in Python. The role involves hands-on experience in a high-growth technology company focused on developing software-defined microwave systems. U.S. citizenship or eligibility for export-controlled data access is required.

Job Summary: This is an exciting role in a growing company. We are looking for interns to join us on a 10-week internship program. This will be a hands on and in-person position.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field
Rising senior or beyond at time of internship and have a graduation date between 12/2026 - 12/2027. All applicants should be returning to school at the end of their internship to continue their academic studies.
Prior internship, collegiate project team, or laboratory experience
Proficiency in Python
U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data
ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $36—$38 USD
