Design and support implementation of Mobility‑as‑a‑Service (MaaS) strategies, integrating multiple transport modes into seamless user journeys across public, shared, and on‑demand services.Collaborate with tech, operations, planning partners, and public agencies to enhance accessibility, usability, and performance of mobility solutions.

Urban Transport Analysis & Modelling


Analyse transportation data (traffic flows, ridership patterns, multimodal usage) to identify bottlenecks, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for service optimization.Use predictive models, simulation tools, and data visualizations to forecast mobility demand and evaluate proposed transit interventions.

Qualifications & Skills


Essential
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Data Science, Geography, or related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills (data modelling, statistical analysis, simulation).Familiar with GIS tools, transport modelling software (e.g., VISSIM, TransCAD), or data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).Understanding of urban transport systems, mobility behaviour, and smart transit solutions.
Preferred
Experience with MaaS platforms, mobility analytics, or transport data ecosystems.Knowledge of real‑time transit data, APIs, or IoT in transport.Good stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with Singapore’s transport landscape is an advantage.
