The Coastal Cleaning Co is hiring Luxury Cleaners and Housekeepers for the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Byron Bay areas. This role involves cleaning high-end residential and commercial properties, with flexible scheduling. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and have cleaning experience. We're seeking cleaners & housekeepers to join our team in the Gold Coast, Brisbane & Byron Bay. The Coastal Cleaning Co is a luxury cleaning company servicing Northern New South Wales and Southeast Queensland.

This role involves cleaning residential properties, commercial spaces, Airbnbs, bond and build cleans, specialising in high-end homes. We offer regular cleans as well as one off cleans, over a 7 day schedule. You’re welcome to choose the days and times that you work as well as the type of cleans. Prior professional cleaning is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Skills required:
- You must be reliable, trustworthy, have strong attention to detail & a positive personality
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and protocol effectively
- Proactive nature and ability to use initiative to meet household and client needs
- Possess good knowledge and competence in cleaning products, tools & equipment or the ability to research or ask if not sure
- Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong background in cleaning, as a hobby or professionally

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Police check or right to work (or willing to obtain)
- A vacuum, mop, cleaning products & ABN (or willing to obtain before you commence)
- A drivers license and reliable car
