Give Me Trees Trust is seeking a Landscape Architect in Ghaziabad, India, to design and oversee outdoor environments. As a Landscape Architect at Give Me Trees Trust in Ghaziabad, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and overseeing the development of outdoor environments. Your creative vision, technical expertise, and commitment to sustainable design principles will be key in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.Key Responsibilities:- Design & Documentation: You will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed landscape designs, including grading, drainage, planting plans, hardscape elements, and construction documents.- Technical Drawings & Visualization: Utilize tools like CADD, GIS, or other design platforms to create graphic representations of your designs.- Project Oversight: Ensure that ongoing projects adhere to the design intent, maintain quality standards, and meet timelines.- Sustainability Integration: Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design elements such as restoration features, green infrastructure, and native planting to promote environmental conservation.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.- Professional Credentials: Ideally, hold a license as a Landscape Architect (e.g., PLA, RLA).- Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, 3D modeling, and other relevant design tools.- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and project teams.- Sustainability Focus: Knowledge of green certifications like LEED, ecological planning, and environmental impact assessment to promote sustainable practices.Joining Give Me Trees Trust will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a not-for-profit organization dedicated to afforestation, biodiversity conservation, and environmental literacy.
