PER is seeking an Investment Associate/Senior Associate for a European Private Equity fund in London, focused on environmental sustainability. About Our Client

We are working with a pioneering European Private Equity fund that invests across the mid-market, with a focus on businesses that are influencing the world of environmental sustainability. The firm works closely with its portfolio to guide them through rapid, yet sustainable growth. They are looking to add a high-calibre Associate to join the team in London, with exposure to multiple fund strategies. You will be involved in new deals and portfolio management, working closely with the firm’s partners on a global basis.

What The Job Involves
• Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies
• Hands-on involvement in transaction execution (structuring, tax, due diligence, investment strategy, financial modelling)
• Assist and or lead in the preparation of models and analyse financial and operational performance of new and existing portfolio business
• Supporting the investment committee

Who we are looking for
• Experience in a Private Equity investment role. Exceptional candidates may be considered from Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Compelling written and oral communication skills and fluency in English; ability to interact with key stakeholders internally and externally with a wide range of seniority
• Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, willing to get involved throughout the entire deal process
