Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to oversee "HSE” practices, conduct risk assessment, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulations .

REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering (Associate Degree or with significant related experience may be considered)HSE (EHS) experience in manufacturing, logistics, and/or industrial environmentsLeadership and training experience along with an understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI, and other relevant safety and environmental regulationsInvestigate workplace incidents / accidents and assess risks, analyze trends, and implement data-driven solutionsConducting training programs, identify potential hazardsEnsure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsCSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), or equivalent preferred.Experience implementing and sustaining a 5S culture and workplace organization improvements preferredPaid medical, 401k, education reimbursement, PTO, & paid holidays
