Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential HVAC Selling Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for a skilled HVAC technician who excels at diagnosing system issues and presenting homeowners with the best solutions for their comfort needs, even if that means replacement options.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency upgrades, and available options.
• Provide detailed recommendations and present HVAC solutions in a professional manner.
• Generate and close sales opportunities through a consultative approach.
• Offer financing and service agreements to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
• Stay up to date with HVAC trends, products, and new technology.

Qualifications:
• HVAC certification or relevant experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Prior HVAC sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
