Job Description

The Singapore Environment Council is seeking a Fundraising & Development Leader to drive funding initiatives and donor engagement. Key responsibilities include developing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and executing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in fundraising within a non-profit, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. This is a full-time position based in Singapore with a salary range of SGD 5K–SGD 6.7K per month.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Fundraising & Development professional to drive funding initiatives and donor engagement. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies across corporate partnerships, sponsorships, grants, and individual giving.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead proposal writing, grant applications, and funder reporting.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with senior management to align fundraising with organisational priorities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in fundraising, development, or related roles in a non-profit or similar environment.
• Strong relationship management and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal and report writing.
• Strategic thinking with project management capabilities.
• Leadership experience or potential to operate at Deputy Director level.
