Glaser Organic Farms pioneered the raw, vegan movement over 35 years ago on our farm in Southwest Miami. We practice sustainable, permaculture farming, growing fruits, vegetables, herbs, and sprouts that we use in our products. All items are handcrafted in our certified kitchen, with a focus on quality and nutrition. Co-founder and Chef Tracy Fleming leads the creation of our raw, vegan foods. Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and organized individual for Full-Time Farm Store Associate. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of store daily task and , providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Farm Store Associate Duties:
• Customer Assistance:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Point of Sale:
• Ring up customers accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
• Count back cash to customers (without a calculator) to ensure accurate transactions and build trust.
• Stocking and Cleaning:
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and organized.
• Packing and stocking produce.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, dusting, and cleaning surfaces.
• General Store Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
• Ensure the store adheres to safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Retail Associate, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
• Ability to count back cash and calculate markups

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or retail operations are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar roles, preferably in an organic grocery or health and wellness store.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as typing or operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift supplies or products up to 40 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation:
• Full-time position, including weekends as needed.
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
