Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update project finance models and portfolio-wide planning models
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support key development and investment decisions
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting metrics, analysis, and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize corporate and project-level financing costs
• Review and validate the integrity of historical and forecasted project development and delivery cash flows
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging opportunities in renewable energy finance
• Improve systems and processes to achieve greater quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability in all work product

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience performing financial modeling and analysis
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate development, or construction industry a plus
• High proficiency in Office 365 skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for utilizing technology to enhance work product
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
