Position Overview


You will be part of a field crew responsible for erosion control installation, site prep, and landscape construction on active job sites.


Key Responsibilities



Install silt fence, erosion control blanket, and safety fencing
Perform grading, trenching, and site prep
Planting, mulching, and general landscaping
Load/unload materials and maintain equipment
Follow site plans and supervisor direction
Maintain clean and safe job sites

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)



Must have reliable transportation to McDonough warehouse
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Must be on time daily (attendance is strictly enforced)
Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions

Preferred (Higher Pay Consideration)



Experience in erosion control or construction
Experience using skid steer, trenchers, or power tools
Valid driver’s license

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
