We are seeking an Entry-Level HVAC PM/Service Technician for commercial, institutional, and residential settings. Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime. The successful candidate will have HVAC experience and/or education.

The position will entail performing Preventative Maintenance and responding to service calls on a variety of HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have a good mechanical and technical aptitude.

Primary Responsibilities
• Preventative Maintenance
• Respond to service calls
• Troubleshoot & repair variety of HVAC equipment
• Communicate with customers and document work done
• Keep work area, vehicle, and tools clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• HVAC work experience and/or education
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Clean, safe driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible and highly motivated self-starter
• Professional appearance at all times
