Enterprise Sales Development Representative DACH

The Role

We're looking for a founding Enterprise Sales Development hire to bring Watershed to more companies within DACH. We're at an inflection point - every large company is launching a climate program as pressure for action builds every day.

**You will:**

  • **Open doors:** Take a data-driven approach to prospecting
  • **Inspire action:** Persuade prospects of the urgency of climate action
  • **Communicate like an expert:** Companies will feel delighted and informed by your interactions
  • **Take extreme ownership:** Identify and actively address inefficiencies

You might be a fit if you:

  • Are a Native German speaker and bilingual in English
  • Have 2-4 years of experience in sales or sales development
  • Have proven success in growing and working within the DACH market
  • Take extreme ownership of our customers' first impressions
