• Duration: 6 months with possible extension
• Pay: $40.00 to $48.00 hourly
• Hybrid- 3 days in office - Monday through Wednesday, Thursday and Friday work from home
• Location: Berlin, CT
Summary: This position is responsible for providing project/program management services to customers for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects. This position supports the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goal. Education/Experience: 3 years related experience required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Financial, related disciplines, or equivalent experience
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• Three (3) plus years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs
Technical Skills
(Required)
• Requires working knowledge of clean energy policy and program management.
• knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting best practice
• Ability to use PC desktop applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of electric vehicle charging and utility DR and peak demand reduction programs and load profiling.
• Experience presenting findings to regulators.

• Experience with EV charging technology

Estimated Min Rate: $32.20
Estimated Max Rate: $46.00
