Responsibilities Perform material testing for quality control and assurance Conduct basic electrical measurements using various instruments Record, analyze, and report test data and results Maintain electronic equipment and process analyzers Execute testing procedures in accordance with written SOPs Organize and manage data collection Complete tasks across multiple process steps, including testing and reporting

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics preferred Hands-on experience with laboratory or test equipment Familiarity with RF test equipment, controlled impedance measurements, vector network analyzers, thickness and thermal conductivity measurements, optical microscopy, and mechanical testing Basic understanding of electronic theory and material testing Strong attention to detail with solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Ability to work effectively in a small team environment Light manufacturing experience is a plus
