Required Experience

10+ years in leadership roles managing technology teams or product delivery organizations.
Strong experience in renewable plant automation, energy management systems, or grid integration technologies.
Proven track record delivering renewable automation solutions across multiple international markets (India, Australia, Middle-East preferred).
