To intervene in an industrial site in the Crespin sector (59), we are looking for a **Coordinatrice/Coordinateur Facility Management F/H**.

You will join Sophie's team, your manager, and work on an industrial site. Your team spirit combined with your service orientation will undoubtedly fit well with the existing teams and the client. It is thanks to our expertise and cohesion that we make a difference in maintaining, troubleshooting, optimizing, and anticipating any possible malfunctions in the facilities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• **Regulatory aspect:** Monitoring prevention plans, accreditations of employees, and subcontractors on the site
• **Maintenance:** Efficiently manage multi-technical maintenance and regulatory controls, manage about 10 providers, maintain client relations, propose budgets and deliver corresponding margin contributions
• **Relationship management:** Ensure proper client relations, write reports, ensure traceability of interventions, and provide regular reporting to your manager using the CMMS
• **Compliance:** Respect contractual and regulatory commitments, prioritize safety

**Your Profile:**

• Degree in Energy Maintenance, Thermal, HVAC, Electrotechnics, or a Professional Title in line with our profession
• Strong contract management skills in operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, proactive, rigorous, and comfortable both in writing and orally
• Autonomy, adherence to procedures, and the ability to represent ENGIE Solutions to demanding clients
