Job Purpose/Mission:

The Customer Experience Department aims to support excellent country-specific customer experience strategies. The Handover Finalization Admin Intern will work with Area Managers and Area Administrators to ensure all sales and handovers are accurately reflected in the database. Responsibilities include managing support at different outlets, coordinating with supply chain on returns and repairs, ensuring correct pricing in the database, and supporting product introductions and updates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Managers to support outlets before, during, and after sales
• Work closely with supply chain on returns and repairs
• Ensure complete documentation in the database for product handovers
• Ensure correct pricing information in the database
• Follow up on extra sales and appliances
• Assist IT team in training Area Admins on database use
• Support implementation of product introductions and updates
• Update and renew contractor IDs on the database
• Document and archive contracts

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Experience in data management and data entry
• Understanding of warehousing operations and B2C sales
• Ability to analyze data with attention to detail
• Team player
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili
• Computer literate
