Position: Expert Data Manager H/F

Responsibilities:

1. Valorization and promotion of GRDF's Data heritage.
2. Support and upskilling of data ecosystem actors.
3. Realization and/or coordination of data-centric work.

Your role will be strategic and diverse. You will promote GRDF's Data heritage in various ways, facilitating knowledge mapping and use cases. You will act as a Business Partner to the IT and business units to generate business value.

Key Tasks:

• Identify and carry out projects to make Data a performance lever.
• Support and ensure the upskilling of GRDF's Data ecosystem actors.
• Evaluate actors' maturity, application governance, and share best practices.
• Implement data quality improvement approaches, data protection regulations compliance, urbanization, and functional architecture.
• Contribute to enterprise Data-oriented projects.
• Develop and support Data governance framework evolution.
• Participate in governance instances.
• Contribute to data mesh strategies, sourcing, and regulatory monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management.
• Experience in project management and/or BI modeling.
• Strong technology and business understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
