Within the ENGIE group, the Procurement Department is hiring an Intern Category Manager Purchasing H/F, graduate prepared M1 M2. **Location:** La Défense

**Your tasks, if you accept them:**

• Contribute to analyzing the expenditure of one or more categories using the Group's Purchasing tools
• Consolidate and analyze supplier data
• Participate in the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, contracting, and deployment of framework agreements within the Group
• Monitor the implementation of category policies and best practices
• Monitor supplier market trends and preferred suppliers

**This position is for you if you have:**

• Purchasing skills
• Good command of English
• Good mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The general purchasing department within the Purchasing Department brings together several categories of purchases (consulting, communication, workwear, mobility, temporary work) representing more than 1.4 billion euros in annual expenses. These purchasing categories are managed by Category Managers whose role is to define the purchasing strategy, its policy, the supplier panel, and deploy the purchasing policy on a Group scale by animating an ecosystem of buyers and suppliers. The team consists of 4 Category Managers led by a Group Category Manager.
