Commercial/Industrial Roofing Sales and Estimating Professional

Atlantic Roofing Corp. is seeking a Commercial/Industrial Roofing Sales and Estimating Professional in Green Lane, PA. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and providing excellent service. Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the commercial roofing industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a salary of $65,000 to $100,000 annually, along with benefits such as health and dental insurance, and paid time off.
Atlantic Roofing Corp. is looking for an experienced Commercial/Industrial Roofing Sales and Estimating Professional to maintain and develop existing customer relationships and generate new customer leads. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service.

Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possess the ability to inspect and specify roof system repairs, restoration, recover, and replacements to meet customer needs in compliance with industry and manufactures standards.
• Possess an energetic personality, be motivated, have a professional attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to carry a ladder and climb roofs.

Sales and Estimating Professional Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Network and establish relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet with new and existing customers to identify their needs and educate them on what our company has to offer.
• Inspect roofs, document findings, and identify roofing solutions.
• Create estimates and proposals for type of work to be performed.
• Deliver and review proposals with new and existing customers.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all roofing systems/products that we install and repair.
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach with all customers and co-workers.
• Participate in sales, service, and production meetings, training, and obtain continuing education by participating in available manufacturer seminars and conferences.
• Provide service and operations departments with necessary information for projects.

Required Education and Experience:
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in sales in the commercial roofing industry.
• High school degree or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
